Usually buying a new car is somewhat painful, stressful and at the very least annoying. My experience at Vantage Auto was none of the above but was so easy and so smooth and the people who work there were so accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that the whole process was seamless and stress free- what a novel experience with a car dealership! The easiest, most responsive, and pleasant service I’ve ever had when leasing a vehicle. With very little time to sit in a dealership the process of communicating, looking at different options, making a decision, to delivery of the new vehicle and pick up of my current lease were seamless. The only thing I will note is that since we live in NY and the dealer is in NJ we have to get the NY State inspection done ourselves. Excellent experience. This was my first time leasing outside of a dealership which made me a little nervous at first.
