Usually buying a new car is somewhat painful, stressful and at the very least annoying. My experience at Vantage Auto was none of the above but was so easy and so smooth and the people who work there were so accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that the whole process was seamless and stress free- what a novel experience with a car dealership! I couldn’t recommend more highly!

I want to start off saying 5 stars isn’t enough for this place !!! I would give 10 stars everyone who handled today’s transaction really went above and beyond for me. Tj and Sarah knocked it out of the park . Tj guided me in the right direction on which truck would suit me best and found the exact truck I wanted. The finance team did everything they could to get the best possible rate and after shipping around for me that’s exactly what they did. The easiest, most responsive, and pleasant service I’ve ever had when leasing a vehicle. With very little time to sit in a dealership the process of communicating, looking at different options, making a decision, to delivery of the new vehicle and pick up of my current lease were seamless. The only thing I will note is that since we live in NY and the dealer is in NJ we have to get the NY State inspection done ourselves. I consider this a little issue which would not have stopped me from working with Vantage. Huge thank you to David who completed this process with me in about a week! I waited months for the car and they started playing games with the pricing once it finally came in. Great experience working with David at Vantage. Contacted David on a Thursday at 2pm about my interest in a Jeep Compass at a local dealership and had the car delivered to me in under 24 hours. David also negotiated a better price on my trade in which helped to lower the monthly payments. I’d definitely recommend Vantage to anyone in the market for a new car. Excellent experience. This was my first time leasing outside of a dealership which made me a little nervous at first. I worked with Dave and he was patient and professional the entire time, despite my million questions.
