Not exactly. They're optional products (you can decline them), but dealers mark them up 100-300%. If you want GAP insurance, buy it from your auto insurance company ($3-5/month) instead of the dealer ($600-$900 upfront). The delivery of the car was on the exact day and time I asked for, even though it was a national holiday. I have already referred him to so many of my friends and family. So glad someone referred me to Sean. All the stress that comes with buying/leasing a car is now a thing of the past!
