SMS Terms of Service
Effective August 28, 2026
These SMS Terms govern the text messages sent by Vantage Auto Leasing NJ, LLC, d/b/a The Vantage Auto Group (“Vantage,” “we,” “us”), 775 Mountain Blvd, Suite 208, Watchung, NJ 07069.
What we send
If you opt in, we send text messages about your vehicle purchase or lease. These are service messages tied to your transaction, and include:
- Confirmation that your financing has been approved
- The vehicle identification number (VIN) and lienholder information your insurance agent needs to issue a binder
- Requests for proof of insurance before delivery
- Questions about whether you are transferring your existing license plates or obtaining new ones
- Registration, title and plate status
- Scheduling and confirming your vehicle delivery
We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program. If we ever want to text you about lease specials, trade offers or other promotions, we will ask for your permission separately. Agreeing to the messages described here is not agreement to receive marketing texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the box beneath the phone number field on our personal or business credit application. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can complete your vehicle purchase or lease without agreeing to receive text messages, and we will contact you by email and phone instead.
How you opt out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message from this program. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. You can opt back in at any time by replying START to that confirmation, or by asking your Vantage representative to turn messages back on.
Opting out of texts does not affect email or phone contact about your vehicle, and it does not affect your purchase or lease.

Message frequency
Frequency varies with your transaction. A typical delivery involves roughly three to six messages between approval and hand-off. We do not send recurring messages once your vehicle has been delivered.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may. Check your plan.
Carriers
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Your information
We use the mobile number you provide solely to contact you about your vehicle transaction. Mobile information obtained as part of the SMS consent process — your mobile number, your opt-in, and the consent itself — is never sold, and is never shared with third parties, affiliates or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Message content is processed by our messaging provider only as necessary to deliver the message to you. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
