What happens to my deduction at the end of the lease?

My name is Israel and I regret using this car broker. After financing my vehicle, they failed to help me obtain my license plates and have been unresponsive to my requests for assistance. Once the sale was completed, it felt like customer service completely disappeared. Buying a car is a major purchase, and I expected support until the registration process was finished.
