How does CarMax pay you when buying your car?
CarMax issues payment by check at the time of the transaction or via ACH transfer, depending on how the sale is structured. If there is an outstanding loan, CarMax pays the lender directly and sends you any remaining equity separately. Payment is typically same-day for the portion going to you once paperwork is complete.

Had an Amazing experience with Vantage Auto Group & David Alessio! This was the first time using them. I didn’t have a clear Idea of a car we wanted but needed to stay inside a budget.
