Are there income limits for EV incentives in NJ?
The federal clean vehicle credit has income caps: $150,000 for single filers, $225,000 for head of household, and $300,000 for joint filers. If your income exceeds these thresholds, you do not qualify for the federal credit. The NJ Charge Up rebate does not have income limits at this time, though the program has requirements for vehicle price and eligibility. Always verify current rules since both programs can change.
