What is an ADM on a car deal?

ADM stands for Additional Dealer Markup. It is an extra charge the dealer adds above MSRP, usually listed on a supplemental window sticker. ADMs are common on high-demand vehicles with limited supply. They are not a manufacturer charge and are entirely set by the dealership. ADMs are negotiable, even if the dealer says otherwise.
