He’s the person making sure every deal moves smoothly behind the scenes—paperwork, timing, dealer coordination, and quality control—so customers get a simple, stress-free experience from “yes” to delivery. David has been in the auto world since the early 90s and learned firsthand what customers hate about the traditional process: confusion, runaround, and surprises at the finish line.
