Zero Down SUV Lease Deals in NJ
Structuring an SUV lease with $0 cap cost reduction means nothing out of pocket toward the vehicle's price at signing. What still applies: your first month's payment, registration, bank and any doc fees — these are drive-off costs on every lease, with or without a broker.
The financial reason to minimize your cap cost reduction: money you put down upfront is not refunded if the vehicle is totaled or stolen. Know your credit score before you start
Your score determines which tier of pricing you qualify for. Most manufacturer captive lenders offer best rates at 700+. Check your score before requesting quotes so Vantage can tell you which lenders and programs apply.
Pick your term and mileage honestly
Standard terms are 24, 36, or 39 months. Standard mileage is 10,000 or 12,000 per year. If you drive 15,000 miles annually, a 12,000-mile lease will cost you $600 to $900 in overages at turn-in at $0.20 to $0.25 per mile. Size the lease correctly at the start.
Compare money factor, not just monthly payment
Two leases with the same monthly payment can have very different money factors. A lower money factor means less interest cost over the lease term. Multiply the money factor by 2,400 to get the approximate APR for comparison.
Watch for rolled-in fees and dealer accessories
Doc fees, paint protection, VIN etching, and window tinting added to the cap cost raise your monthly payment without adding value. On a broker deal, these items are not added without your approval.
